- Curriculum and Programme Design
- Programme Curation
Requirements
- A university degree in any discipline; those without a degree with relevant experience and expertise may also apply
- Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in or with the Public Service
- Demonstrate clear understanding of the Singapore public healthcare context
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with at least 3 years of training experience
- Experience in structuring leadership educational or developmental programmes to create engaging learning experiences
- Able to design, develop, facilitate learning for small and/or large group of participants
- Able to demonstrate sound knowledge and effective use of different instructional methods
